Al Bundy's greatest moment in life was scoring 4 touchdowns in one game for Polk High. The Married with Children star's record was the one redeeming moment in his life, everything else was downhill. When a Polk High player was nearing one of his records Al's world seemingly crashed around him. Fortunately, Kelly Bundy tripped the player in an effort to get a date and the record was safe.
Happiness once more eludes the fictional Mr. Bundy as the very real Kapri Bibbs, a Colorado State commitment playing for Plainfield North (Ill.) High School ran for a mere 520 yards on Friday against Oswego High. Along the way he scored 7(!) touchdowns, every bit of which was needed as Plainfield barely edged Oswego 49-43 in a clash of undefeated teams.
In the third quarter Bibbs alone registered 55, 73 and 71 yard touchdowns.
The huge game gave Bibbs 1,678 yards and 25 touchdowns in only 6 games. WOWZERS.
"Our offensive line blocked tremendously," Bibbs told Plainfield.Patch.com. "They did the job up front. They were giving me only two guys to miss every single time. That's all I need. They don't have to block them all and be perfect every time. Everybody did a tremendous job tonight."
Al Bundy weeps tonight.
Also, is it just me or does Bibbs share a resemblance with Gaius Charles who played Smash Williams on Friday Night Lights?
